What do I need to rent a shared moped?
A valid driving licence, verified in the app, plus legal age. What the licence must be varies by country: in the UK a car licence alone is not enough for a 125cc machine without CBT training, and several European countries demand extra training or a minimum number of years holding the licence. The app checks your documents before the first trip, and the check can take a few hours.
Is insurance included in the fare?
Yes. All these services include compulsory insurance in the per-minute rate, but with an excess: after an accident or damage you pay a fixed amount, often several hundred euros.
